Induction Support Programme for the beginning teacher occurs throughout the year.
At this stage the emphasis will be on the development of the capital ‘B’ competences. A range of courses will be provided for the personal and professional development of the participants.
Teacher Tutors are encouraged to avail of the training and development programme in aspects of the management and co-ordination of the induction process .
Substitute cover days are available at no cost to schools to facilitate attendance at courses and school-based development activities. |
